Dear Client, if your account is freezed, then first check for the reasons which has led to this. Common reasons that can freeze the account include KYC non- compliance, suspicious transaction activities, the legal orders or the minimum balance requirement issues faced by the account. To unfreeze it, contact the bank authorities immediately and submit the required documents to unfreeze it such as the updated KYC which includes ID, address proof etc, or the transaction clarifications. If the account is freeze due to legal orders, then comply with the authorities or obtain a court order for better resolution. once the bank verifies the documents; the account is generally reactivated within a few days. I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.

If your bank account has been debited and frozen, first ask the bank for the written reason, freeze order, and complaint details. If it is due to cyber fraud or police investigation, immediately file a written representation with the bank and investigating officer. Police may freeze suspicious accounts. If wrongly frozen, you can approach the Magistrate/High Court for un-freezing. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
