I am a corporate employee. I joined a new organization on October 4th, but I have not received any salary since joining. What can I do legally to recover my unpaid salary?

If your salary is unpaid, first send a written notice or email to HR. If ignored, file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or under the Payment of Wages Act.
