Sir, if a person has been missing for 7 years and there is no information about their whereabouts, they can be presumed dead by the court. Once presumed dead, the missing person's property will be inherited by their legal heirs as per the Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937. The heirs can then manage or sell the property. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
