What if kids play loudly near my apartment unit?

I live in an apartment in Bangalore which has a play area in the center. There are swings, slides, and other play items, and children play there daily. While normal noise is manageable, children have now started playing cricket and football there, causing loud shouting. I work from home, and this noise is disturbing our work. We raised this issue with the apartment committee, but nothing has changed. The homeowners say it's their right to let the kids play, and they cannot control the children. Even when we requested parents to supervise, they refused. Please suggest a legal way to handle this issue.

You can submit a formal complaint to the apartment association. If no action is taken, you can file a grievance with RERA or local authorities. Play areas are meant for light play like cricket/football in small spaces can be restricted legally for noise and safety. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
