Encourage your girlfriend to file a police complaint under domestic violence laws, such as the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. You should also file a police complaint about the threats made to you, providing evidence like call recordings. Seek legal advice for further protection and restraining orders if needed.

You should immediately file an FIR under IPC Section 506 (criminal intimidation) and Section 498A (cruelty to women) at your local police station regarding the death threats and domestic violence against the girl; also inform the Women's Helpline (181) or contact the nearest women's police station about the abuse. Additionally, the girl can seek protection under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005, which can provide immediate safety measures including a protection order against her family members.

Sir, you should immediately register an FIR against her parents for physical abuse and death threats. The girl can also file compliant under Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act with the help of an expert lawyer who will assist in providing restraining order.
