What legal actions can I take against blackmail and harassment?

I was involved in a relationship with a married man by mistake, and he has taken many photos and videos of me, some of which are nude. He is blackmailing me using these. When I asked his wife for help, she told me not to file a complaint and is threatening to harm herself. Her husband keeps sending my photos and videos to others daily and is troubling my family as well. What should I do, and what are my rights?
