What rights do I have to feed street dogs peacefully?

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently residing in an apartment called Lexus in Cochin with my elderly parents. For the past three years, we have been feeding three stray dogs near our apartment. Recently, we received a notice from the apartment association expressing concern about the dogs entering the compound and demanding that we stop feeding them. Considering my parents' age and the bond we’ve developed with these animals, I seek your guidance on whether we must comply with the association’s request or if we have the right to continue feeding the dogs.
