What to do if someone blocks my road access?

I live 400 feet away from the main road. About 40 years ago, a neighbor gave me permanent access through his land (6 feet wide) to construct my house. The RDD Department has constructed this road twice, and now they are working on tiling it. Due to a land dispute with my uncle, he is now blocking the department from continuing work, even though the land has been in my possession for 40 years. He is demanding half of it, claiming his original land (which he sold) was 800 meters away. Can I get a quick legal order to allow the road work to continue?

Under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, and the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, you are entitled to your due salary. You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or approach the Labour Court for recovery of unpaid wages. Sending a legal notice to your employer demanding payment is also advisable.
