When can a non-party file a petition to set aside decree?

Is it possible to file a petition to set aside a decree as a non-party in the suit? We are suffering due to the ex parte decree. Please advise.

If you were not part of the lawsuit but are affected by the decree, you can file a petition to set aside the ex parte (one-sided) judgment. This should be done in the same court where the decree was passed, and you must provide valid reasons. Consult a lawyer for proper legal guidance.
