My age is 20 years old and my wife's age is 24 years old. Can we get married legally?

Hello sir,
Inorder to get married the age of the boy should be 21+ to get married and when you attain the age of 21+ then you can have your marriage done , but you can stay in live in relation and get a live in agreeement drafted, to avoid any future consequences.
