Why is it possible to set aside an arbitration award?
My arbitration case started in 1987, and the award was declared in 2000. However, I did not receive the arbitration award until February 12, 2024, when I obtained a copy through RTI. Is it possible to set aside this arbitration award under Section 34(1)?
