Can court hold rent until partition case is finalized?

I have filed a partition suit against my sister for my share in ancestral property. She fraudulently obtained my signature on an unregistered GPA and transferred the property to her name. Later, she executed a settlement deed in favor of her husband, transferring the property to him. Her husband has now rented out the property and is collecting rent. Can the rental income be deposited in court until the final judgment to protect my interests?

Yes, you can request the court to direct rent to be deposited in court until your partition case is decided. This protects your rightful share. File an interim application through your lawyer under the partition suit, asking the court to restrain your sister's husband from using the rental income exclusively.
