Can I sell inherited property after mutation despite my brother’s actions?

My father left a will for his two legal heirs (my sibling and me). He clearly divided the house into two apartments between us in the will, which has been probated by the Honorable Court. The will also mentions the need for mutual consent before selling our portions of the inheritance. I am currently working in Singapore, but my brother has been trying to rent out the whole house, including my portion, in my absence. Are there legal workarounds or laws that allow me to sell my portion of the inheritance after the mutation for my portion is done? Please advise.

You cannot sell your inherited portion without your brother’s consent, as per the will's condition. You can approach the court to resolve disputes and possibly seek an order that prevents your brother from renting or selling the property until mutual consent is achieved.
