Can son resell land already sold by his father?
This is a land dispute matter. The father sold 5 Khata of land in 2017. Now, due to a dispute, his son has again sold a portion of the same land (1 Khata 16 Dur) to another party. Kindly advise what legal action can be taken.

You should immediately file a civil suit for cancellation of the second sale deed and seek an injunction. Since the land was already sold by the father in 2017, the son had no legal right to sell it again. This second sale is illegal and can be challenged in court.
