Can the registration be canceled and how to vacate the house?

Hi sir, I purchased a house from relatives and registered on my name one year back and my name on every record including home tax and current bill and my problem is who sold the house to me they are not vacating it .I tried to force them then they filed a complaint against me . Police are also supporting them. What do I do now? Police saying legally there is no way and the seller saying I am going to file a cancellation of registration. Is it possible to cancel registration? How to vacate them from my house? Please help me
