How can I claim and sell the property without sharing?

My father's property is given as a gift deed to my mother but years back my father wrote that 50 arches each is given to other two younger brothers for only to stay till they settle and now I came to my marriage age therefore my parents are thinking to marry me off by selling this property and leave to another place and now the two brothers and the middle sister of my father claim that this property is equally shared among the two brothers and her ,the two brothers even sent us a notice from court by coming there and solving the problem but we didn't take it because my father is busy every time so dear sir/madam can you tell me what to do to claim this property and sell it permanently without giving a single penny to the two brothers and the middle sister.

Sir, to claim and sell the property, first review the gift deed to confirm your mother’s ownership. If your father’s condition for your brothers' stay does not grant them ownership then you should consult an expert lawyer to resolve the dispute. You must respond to the court notice and consider negotiating or filing a suit. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
