To transfer the property from your late father to your mother, you will need to apply for mutation of land records. This requires documents like the father's death certificate, property papers, and proof of relationship. If the property was inherited, a family settlement or will may also be required. A lawyer can help with the process. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
