How to recover illegally occupied plots and verify actual survey number?

Dear Sir, I purchased two plots of 500 square yards each in Ranganath Nagar Layout, Gopanpalli. My plots are currently under illegal possession by some local leaders. I want to know the actual survey number of Survey No. 150 and how to proceed legally. What is the proper legal procedure in this matter?

Dear client, You need to obtain officially recognized RTC documents, together with survey maps and mutation records, as mandated by Section 127 and Section 128 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, for determining the exact survey number and boundary specifics. The candidates must seek official surveying and boundary demarcation services from the revenue authorities. The plaintiff is required to file a lawsuit to regain their property under Section 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, which encompasses a request for an interim injunction as per Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC. The title should be created via a registered sale deed as per Section 54 of the Transfer of Property Act 1882. If you have any query please feel free to contact us.

If your plots are under illegal possession, first get an official survey and demarcation from the Revenue/Survey Department to confirm the exact survey number and boundaries. Then file a police complaint for illegal trespass and a civil case for possession, injunction, and removal of encroachment. Seek police protection if threatened.
