Is my father's share dispute valid regarding grandfather’s property?
My grandfather has 3 son and 2 daughter. He named his property to 3 son in 1986 under one survey number likewise A,B,C. Now in 2024 my father wants to sell his share but grandfather's first daughter put a case on my father saying she wants share only in my father's share. Is it valid one?
The property dispute raised by your father’s sister may be valid if she has legal grounds, but since the property was allocated to your father by your grandfather, it could be challenged. You can file a partition suit in the civil court, claiming your father’s rightful share. It is best to consult a lawyer for detailed legal advice.
