Is the forged gift deed valid with original will evidence?

My aunty bought a property and made a registered will in my name. She has no children. My uncle's younger brother has an eye on that property. She passed away in 2023. When I approached the sub registrar office for transfer of ownership through will, I was shocked that property was already given as a gift deed to my younger brother through a forged will by uncle. Is it valid? I have an original sale deed and a registered will.

Sir, if the will used to transfer the property to your uncle’s younger brother was forged, it is not legally valid and you can file a police complaint of forgery against that person. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
