What action can BMC take if balconies are illegally merged?
In a cooperative housing society building, most members have merged their balconies into a hall. Is this allowed? If not, can BMC take action against this, and under which section?

Merging balconies in a cooperative housing society is generally not allowed without prior approval from the society and BMC.
