What if aunt demands share after signing relinquishment deed?
My father’s sister is threatening to claim equal property share using false allegations. She already signed a relinquishment deed with witnesses. Can this deed be canceled based on fake claims?

A registered relinquishment deed with proper witness signatures is legally valid and binding. She cannot cancel it unless she proves fraud or force, which is hard. If she sends a legal notice, reply through a lawyer denying her claims and keep the deed safe as evidence. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
