What is the process to claim inherited house share?
My father owned 4.2 cents of property and passed away in 2002. Family includes my mother, elder brother, elder sister and me. I live with my mother in the first floor; brother lives on the ground floor. My sister and mother have given me their share in writing. Now I have 3/4 share. How to claim it?

If you have settlement deed from your mother and sister, file a partition suit in court. The court will legally divide the property.
