What legal actions can stop my neighbor from digging a well?

I have built a house in my 800 sqft plot with end to end pillars and no setback on any side. My neighbor is digging a large farm well very close to my house just 2 ft from my foundation. This will cause the foundation to weaken and the building may collapse during heavy rain. Please let me know what legal options can be taken to avoid my neighbor digging the well.
