What legal steps to take if a road is blocked?

I purchased land in the GP layout. The CC road is blocked by another person and the local councilor has obstructed access. However, Google Maps and the GHMC list clearly show the road. What legal action can I take in this situation, as the road is blocked 300 meters before the layout, preventing access?

In this case, you can approach the local authorities, such as the Municipal Corporation or the concerned government department, to raise the issue of road blockage. You may file a complaint with the police or take legal action under public nuisance laws. You can also approach the court for a writ petition, demanding the removal of the blockage and restoration of the road as per the government records.
