What property share do abuse wife and son get?

The husband (a 65-year-old retiree) has been physically abusing his wife (an illiterate housewife) since the beginning of their 35-year marriage. Despite the abuse, the wife stayed with him and they have an 18-year-old son. Now, the husband wants a divorce, but the wife wants to live with their son, and the son agrees. What portion of the property should the wife and son receive? Also, the husband is claiming reimbursement for all the money he spent on the son. What will happen?

The wife can file a domestic violence case and seek maintenance and shelter. She and the son have legal rights to the husband's property. The husband's claim for the son's expenses is usually not allowed, as a parent is legally responsible for raising their child without expecting repayment.
