What should be done if buyer did not complete registration on time?
I am a seller, and we were negotiating for 4 months. Now the agreement is over, and the buyer gave us 3 lakh rupees during the negotiation. What should I do now as the agreement’s time is over? The agreement mentions that the buyer will lose the money if registration isn’t done on time.

As a seller, if the buyer has breached the agreement by not completing the registration, you can retain the amount as per the terms stated. You can also file a legal suit for breach of contract if the buyer refuses to complete the registration and does not adhere to the agreement.
