Why is brother demanding money after valid land sale happened?
A and B are brothers. A sold a piece of property to me in 2019, before the formal partition of their land. In 2020, the partition was done, and the same portion was officially allocated to A. Now in 2023, B is demanding money from me for that land. Does his claim have any legal standing?

Since A sold the land to you before the partition and it was later legally allotted to A, the sale is valid. B has no right to demand money from you.
