Why is the property sale reflecting under my PAN number?

My father passed away in 2012. Three months after his demise, our mother had us (the 3 sisters) sign a gift deed stating that we would not claim any share in the property, and instead, our shares would go to our mother and our only brother. Now, in 2024, the property has been sold, and the sale proceeds have gone to our mother and brother. However, this sale transaction is reflecting under my PAN, and the IT department has raised a query as if I am the recipient of the payment. Why and how is this happening?
