Dear client, if this has happened, lock your bank account/card immediately. After that, file a complaint on the portal of National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or call the helpline number 1930 to register it. Safeguard all the notifications and bank statements and transaction information. File a complaint at the website cybercrime.gov.in and lodge a police complaint as well. If the bank fails to act, you can also approach the banking ombudsman or consumer forum for better relief. May this help and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.

If a hacker stole ₹62,000 from your PNB account, immediately report it to bank customer care, branch manager, and cyber helpline 1930. Also file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in and lodge a police complaint. Keep bank statements, SMS alerts, and transaction details safe. Quick reporting can improve chances of freezing the amount and recovery. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
