A girl in our office doesn’t work properly. We asked her to complete tasks. Later, during a phone call, I walked towards her and she accused me of pressuring and targeting. She filed a complaint.

Keep all call recordings, chats, and emails showing professional communication. Attend Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) hearing. Apologize if any words were misunderstood.
