Can I get invalid pension after medical discharge from DSC?

I served in DSC for 6 years, 6 months, and 1 day. I was medically discharged due to an AFB case shown in the yearly medical. I received a letter saying I will get invalid service pension, but now they say it has been rejected. Am I not eligible for invalid/disability pension?

If you got a letter promising invalid/disability pension but it's now rejected, consult an ex-servicemen welfare lawyer. You can appeal the rejection with proof of your medical discharge and service. If necessary, file a case in AFT (Armed Forces Tribunal) to claim your rightful pension benefits. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
