What legal action can be taken against unfair treatment and harassment?

I work as a BSNL DSA. I have passed ITI and have a good life, but my family and the villagers have troubled me. I am 38 years old and have always been treated unfairly, even by my sister. Despite this, I have been insulted and thrown out of my village by the villagers. Three years ago, I was kept under surveillance and my life was made difficult near the Jhalawar Bus Stand road. I am now facing more challenges, and my situation has become unbearable. Please help me.

Dear Client, Situation you are facing is very unfortunate. I Hope you stay strong. You are an Indian citizen, vested with a number of fundamental rights that can’t be infringed upon, unless with via a law. The unreasonable behaviour from your family and villagers undoubtedly cause an infringement of these essential rights. File a complaint at the nearest police station raising contentions of criminal intimidation, intentional insult, stalking and criminal trespass. Furthermore, you may institute a civil suit for defamation and mental harassment as well. I hope this answer helps. In case of future queries, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.

To resolve your situation you can file a police complaint for harassment and threats. You should seek protection through the police or a court order. If you belong to a Scheduled Tribe, approach the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes for assistance. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you with the best course of action.
