File an immediate FIR at your local cyber crime police station and submit a written complaint to your bank's fraud department with transaction details and any evidence of unauthorized access, as banks are required to process such complaints within a set timeline under RBI guidelines. Additionally, register your complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) within 24 hours of the incident, as quick reporting increases chances of fund recovery through the bank's fraud prevention system.

If you're a victim of cybercrime and want your bank to return money taken without your knowledge, immediately notify your bank and block your card to prevent further transactions. File a formal dispute regarding the unauthorized transaction, providing necessary details. Gather evidence such as bank statements and follow up regularly on your claim. Additionally, report the incident to local authorities or cybercrime units. Monitor your accounts closely for any further unauthorized activity.
