How to deal with cheque cases in court?
I had taken ₹50,000 from Prakash Gupta and gave him a cheque as security. Later, I repaid ₹25,000 to him online. Despite that, he presented the full ₹50,000 cheque in court. Please provide appropriate legal advice.
