How to recover your money legally?
My relative took money from me in 2014 and still has not returned it. Can I file an FIR against him?

If your relative only borrowed money and is not returning it, it is usually treated as a civil dispute for recovery of money. FIR is possible only if there was dishonest intention from the beginning, which may amount to cheating under Section 318 BNS, 2023. You can send a legal notice and file a recovery suit.
