Dear Client, The police use Section 106 of the BNSS 2023 to implement debit-blocking on your bank account because of cyber crime complaints. You need to go directly to the Investigating Officer at the cyber police station who issued the freeze order to present your written explanation of funds along with the necessary documents. You can request the jurisdictional Magistrate to release your account under Section 497 BNSS if the freeze continues without justification. The authorities will investigate all cheating and fraud allegations according to Section 318 of the BNS2023 which requires evidence to follow the BSA 2023 regulations. I hope this answer was helpful. Immediately obtain written details from your bank about the freezing request, including the police station and FIR number. Contact the concerned Cyber Cell in Karnataka and Gujarat and submit a written explanation with bank statements, transaction proofs, and your identity documents. Request defreezing of the account as a bona fide user. If no response is received, you may approach the court for appropriate directions to unfreeze the account.
