Dear Sir, my bank account has been frozen by the cyber cell in connection with a disputed transaction. I have provided all the necessary details, but I have not received any update or response. What should I do now?

If your account is frozen by cyber cell, follow up in writing with the cybercrime officer and your bank. You can also file a Right to Information (RTI) or approach the High Court for unfreezing if no FIR is filed. Keep proof of all transactions and your submitted explanation.
