How to update CBSE name after Gazette name change?
I have changed my name through the Gazette of India and need to update it on my CBSE certificates. However, CBSE requires the school to upload the request on the Harkar Portal, which keeps closing despite their repeated attempts. Should I file an RTI to resolve this issue?

If your school cannot upload the request due to portal issues, ask them to contact CBSE’s regional office. You can also file an RTI to know the status or to push for action.
