What if college refuses documents without full fee payment?
My college is keeping my original documents. I want to leave the college before the course is complete, but they are demanding full fees for the remaining semesters. They say they’ll return my documents only after full payment. What can I do legally?

Colleges cannot legally retain original documents as a condition for fee payment. You can file a complaint with the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the consumer forum.
