How to get refund for undelivered online order legally?
I placed an order on an online page on July 2, 2022, for ₹3,149. They initially said delivery would take 15 days, then extended it to 3 months. I never received the product. They refused a refund, saying there's no refund policy. It's been over 4 months now. How can I take legal action to get a refund and compensation?
