Can a past case under Section 66A affect future opportunities?

In 2019, a complaint was filed against me alleging that I used someone else's phone number on Facebook, which resulted in numerous calls. At the time, I was 15 years old, and I became aware of the situation in 2020. I subsequently approached the police station and obtained bail. The case falls under Section 66A of the IT Act, 2000. Now, at 22 years of age, I have not received any court summons or notifications regarding a trial. I would like to know if this past case could negatively impact my future employment opportunities or other aspects of my life. Thank you for your assistance.
