Can I get bail after Section 41A crypto notice?

I am currently based in the UK. I used to do Binance P2P trading and recently received a notice under Section 41A. My name is not mentioned in the FIR. From what I understand, I may have unknowingly sold crypto to someone who used cheated money. What should I do in this case? Can I attend the investigation through video conferencing? Is it possible to get anticipatory bail? How can I ensure that I am not restricted from traveling back to the UK, as I am a full-time employee there?

Immediately consult a cybercrime or criminal lawyer in India. Since you didn’t know about the fraud, you may avoid arrest. You can request video conferencing for questioning. Apply for anticipatory bail to stay safe legally. Ask the court not to restrict international travel as you are working full-time in the UK.
