Falsely accused and threatened by police—how can I respond?
A false case has been filed against me, and the police also threatened me and registered a fake FIR. What should I do?

You can file a complaint to the SP/DCP about police misconduct or move the High Court under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita for quashing the FIR if it is false.
