How can I get rid of an FIR under Section 509?

I made the mistake of sharing my ex-college (female) mobile number in an adult group on the Telegram app, which resulted in an FIR under section 509 being filed. The police picked me up and released me the same day after I filled out Form 41, and they took 2 lakhs as hush money. Now, what options do I have to get rid of this FIR? Compounding isn’t possible as the girl is insisting on a charge sheet. An FIR is also not possible. If a charge sheet is filed with lighter charges, can I go for quashing? What other options do I have?
