How can I seek an immediate solution in the trial court? .

I have been the house plot owner since 2005. The Tahsildar manipulated the revenue records in 2009, listing Venkateswarlu as the pattadhar, treating the land as agricultural. The High Court suspended the Tahsildar’s order in 2018. The Station House Officer is one of the respondents in the High Court writ. On Venkateswarlu’s complaint, the SHO filed an FIR under Sections 447, 427, 506, and 34 of IPC, with a charge sheet containing false witnesses. The writ petition in the High Court is not coming up for argument. How can I seek an immediate solution in the trial court?

You can file an application in the trial court to expedite the matter. Explain the delay in the High Court and request an urgent hearing or interim relief. You can also seek an injunction to prevent any further actions based on the manipulated records until the matter is resolved. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
