How to defend against police for tampering evidence?

Please provide legal defence points against a police officer who recorded calls by removing the SIM card from an arrested person’s mobile phone and inserting it into a government official’s phone to falsely involve another person in a crime. Dear client, This is unlawful and unconstitutional. This is contrary to the stipulations of Article 20(3) of the Constitution, Criminal law, and IT Act. You may dispute the appearance of evidence as being fabricated, demand forensic testing, make a complaint to senior police officials, and petition the High Court seeking an injunction on false implication. If you have any query please feel free to contact us.
