How to save friend from kidnapping case after turning adult?
Hello sir, please help me. My friend and I ran away from home when I was 17. My father filed a case against him under Section 363 IPC (kidnapping). Now I am 19, and he is 20. How can I get the case closed and save him?

Even though you are now 19, you were a minor when the incident happened. But if you willingly went, your statement matters. File an affidavit and give your statement to police or court that it was not kidnapping. Your friend can also apply for quashing of FIR in the High Court with your support.
