Is cyber cell asking for UPI payment a scam?
I paid a WhatsApp call girl 5 months ago. Today, someone called claiming to be from the cyber cell, saying the girl was caught in a raid and a case was filed against me. He demanded ₹22,000 over UPI to "transfer" the case. He got angry when I asked for an FIR. Is this a scam?

This is a scam. Police will never ask for UPI payments or threaten over a phone call. Real officers issue official notices, not informal demands. Don’t pay anything.
