Is the court judgment enough to withdraw a fixed deposit?

The court has already passed a judgment, and the judgment copy includes a statement at the end: "Jamanat aur muchalke bharmukt kiye jate hai." Is this document sufficient to withdraw a fixed deposit (FD) from the bank? Please advise.

The statement means that bail obligations are lifted, but it might not be enough to withdraw your FD from the bank. You likely need a specific court order directing the release of the FD. Once you have that, you can approach the bank with the order to release the deposit. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
